Elderberry also has a long tradition of immune system support as well as modern research in favor of this time-honored herb. *
The delicious flavor that comes naturally from Elderberry combines well with natural berry flavors. With a touch of honey, this formula is easy to take undiluted. Try adding it to a smoothie or plain, whole yogurt. Delicious!
Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; children ages 4-12: ½ teaspoon daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea. Temporary dose: May be taken twice per day, as needed.
Avoid if nursing. If HIV positive, avoid taking more than 2 weeks. Caution with MS, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Consult your practitioner if pregnant.
